In their work with The Organizing Accelerator, Karby Connections manages program development & partnerships through: identifying, recruiting, and managing trainers and other vendors to run workshops, developing the wellness thread in the curriculum, creating and managing mentorship programing for the cohort of fellows, and coordinating partnerships with educational institutions, elected officials and community-based groups.
